Dr Be and his staff, especially Candice, Felicia and Vicky were great. Having an extreme anxiety of DDS in general, they put me at ease from the moment I checked in. They were all very understanding and put up with my nervous chatter and joked around with me. I cant say enough good things about them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Be is an exceptional Surgeon! He has the best bed side manners! He is compassionate, caring and kind! He truly cares for his patients! He made a great impression on us from the evaluation appointment! Definitely the best surgeon to go with! He did a great job with my kids! I will be referring him to others!

arrived to my 1:30pm appt at 1:31pm. arrived at 1:30pm and entered the building at 1:31pm. Place is full of elderly so I held the door open for those walking in. There was a line of 5 people in front of me. The receptionist already was having issues with the first two people in line. She was not patient for someone who has to deal with the elderly, its not their fault that they cant hear. i stood at the end of the line, by the time it was my turn it was 1:46pm. She said i have an appt at 1:30pm which I already knew. I said I walked in at 1:31pm, she laughed and said you didn't walk in at 1:31pm. Im sorry, did you not look up once from your computer to look up at the long line that you were holding up?? Was I suppose to yell that I am here at the end of the line for my 1:30pm appt?? Why is it my fault that you took forever to help each patient. I was over it once she laughed in my face, told her to cancel the appointment and she took my $35 deposit which shouldn't have had happen in the first place. There won't be a next time where I go to this facility. I'll ask Dr. Hseih to refer me to a different facility. I work in customer service so I understand 1000% what its like dealing wit

Everyone here is so kind! The front desk staff are really knowledgeable and clearly explain protocol, procedures and financial expectations. I saw Dr Carbajal for my first root canal today and it was quicker than I expected and virtually painless. He and his assistant DJ made me super comfortable and brought a lot of lightness and ease to a procedure I was really nervous about- they're a great team and I was thankful for them both today. Definitely recommend this office!

I had a wonderful experience at Great Expressions. From the moment you walk in, the office feels family-oriented and welcoming — not like you’re just another patient, but someone they truly care about. The staff are personable, attentive, and really take time to listen to your concerns. Everything is explained clearly and thoroughly, so you always understand your treatment plan and aftercare instructions. Dr. Robani is amazing — she goes into great detail about your care, makes sure you’re comfortable, and answers questions with patience and clarity. If you’re looking for a dental office where you’re treated with genuine care and respect, I highly recommend them.
